You can mark your regular customers, people that haven't ordered in a while, or select customers that have ordered a specific product. Export this data to MailChimp or send directly from OrderBuddy via e-mail or sms with discounts or promotions. In addition, you can let your customers save points that they can spend on your webshop, ordering-app or even in your restaurant via the app.
Administration & Reports
OrderBuddy collects all your revenue in a well-organized and clear administration, so you can easily see your day, week, month or even year revenue. You can also print it for your bookkeeper (or use the Exact link). You can easily view your turnover per channel including Thuisbezorgd/TakeAway, Deliveroo and UberEats. You also get a lot of insights into your own performance. Take the Heatmap, for example, which shows exactly where your customers live on the map, but also in which areas customers order less, so that you can adjust your marketing accordingly. You can log in to OrderBuddy anywhere in the world, so you can watch live or even do the administration from home!
